Data type - Company entitlements

The following table describes the errors that may occur when migrating a Company Entitlements file, and how to resolve these errors.

Error code	Error description	Resolution
ROW_UNIDENTIFIABLE	There is no value in the external ID column.	Provide an external ID.
DUPLICATE_RECORD	There are multiple company entitlements being migrated with the same external ID.	Ensure that each row in the company entitlement file has a unique external ID.
COMPANY_ENTITLEMENT_USER_MISSING	There is no value in the purchased by external ID column.	Provide an external ID that matches a user.
COMPANY_ENTITLEMENT_COMPANY_MISSING	There is no value in the company external ID column.	Provide an external ID that matches a company.
OWNER_NOT_MEMBER_OF_COMPANY	The user with the external ID that matches the value in the column purchased by external ID does not belong to the company.	Correct the purchased by external ID to match an existing member of the company.
UNITS_NOT_DEFINED	There is no value in the units column.	Provide the number of units for this order.
UNITS_LESS_THAN_INCLUDED	The number of units defined in the units column is less than the number of included units defined in the product profile.	Check your product settings to remove or reduce the included unit count. Increase the number of units in the migration file. In the migration file we expect the total unit count to equal the included units plus additional units.
EDITION_PRICING_INVALID	The value provided in the edition pricing column is invalid.	Correct the edition pricing value.
ADDON_PRICING_UUID_INVALID	The add-on value provided in the add-on UUID column is invalid.	Correct the add-on UUID.
MISSING_FIELD_COMPANY_EXTERNAL_ID	There is no value in the company external ID column.	Correct the company external ID to match a company.
MISSING_FIELD_EDITION_PRICING_UUID	There is no value in the edition pricing UUID column.	Correct the edition pricing UUID to match an existing UUID. This value can be found in the Marketplace Products report.
MISSING_FIELD_PURCHASED_BY_EXTERNAL_ID	There is no value in the purchased by external ID column.	Correct the purchased by external ID to match a user.
MISSING_FIELD_PRICING_UNIT	There is no value in the pricing unit column.	Correct the pricing unit to match an existing pricing unit for the product. This value can be found in the Marketplace Products report.
CUSTOMER_ATTRIBUTE_DEFINITION_NOT_IN_DB	The header row for a custom attribute is incorrect.	Check all the custom attribute headers. The value after the colon must match a predefined custom attribute key.
MISSING_DOMAIN_NAME_FOR_DOMAIN_RESELLER_APP	The product being migrated is a domain app and requires a domain name in the metadata domain name column.	Provide a domain name.
When pricing unit is NOT_APPLICABLE units should not be specified	The pricing unit was specified as type “not applicable” but a unit count was provided.	Enter a value of null for the units when the pricing unit has the “not applicable” type.
