Data type - Microsoft subscriptions

The following table describes the errors that may occur when migrating a Microsoft Subscriptions file, and how to resolve these errors.

Error code	Error description	Resolution
ROW_UNIDENTIFIABLE	There is no value in the subscription ID column.	Provide a subscription ID.
DUPLICATE_RECORD	There are multiple Microsoft subscriptions being migrated with the same subscription ID.	Ensure that each row in the Microsoft subscriptions file has a unique subscription ID.
MISSING_MOSI_CUSTOMER	There is no existing Microsoft customer with a value that matches the value in the MOSI customer ID column.	Provide a MOSI customer ID that matches a Microsoft customer account.
MISSING_COMPANY_ENTITLEMENT	There is no company entitlement value with an external ID that matches the company entitlement external ID column.	Provide a company entitlement external ID that matches a company entitlement.
MISSING_FIELD_MOSI_CUSTOMER_ID	There is no value in the MOSI customer ID column.	Provide a MOSI customer ID value that matches a Microsoft customer account.
MISSING_FIELD_COMPANY_ENTITLEMENT_EXTERNAL_ID	There is no value in the company entitlement external ID column.	Provide a company entitlement external ID that matches an existing company entitlement.
MISSING_FIELD_OFFER_ID	There is no value in the offer ID column.	Provide an offer ID.
MISSING_FIELD_BILLING_ID	There is no value in the billing ID column.	Provide a billing ID.
EMPTY_OR_INVALID_ORIGIN_API	There is no value in the origin API column.	Provide a value for origin API.
INVALID_OFFER_ID	There is no edition with an edition code that matches the value in the offer ID column.	Provide a valid offer ID.
