Set up marketplace credentials

❗ Important: To use this feature, your marketplace must be configured with a compatible storefront theme, such as the Plaza theme. The Storefront Builder is currently in Early Availability status. Features in Early Availability status are only available in production to a limited number of customers based on fit with specific use cases. If you would like to use the Reviews Aggregator described here during the Early Availability phase, contact your AppDirect technical representative.

Prerequisites

You must meet the following requirements before you complete the steps described in this topic:

• Use the procedure described in Create API clients to create an API client and save your consumer key and secret to a safe place. You need them to access your aggregator provider accounts from the marketplace.

• Purchase the Reviews Aggregator product in the marketplace. For more information, see Enable the Reviews Aggregator .

After you purchase the application, you need to set up your marketplace credentials in the Reviews Aggregator application. These credentials are necessary to ensure that the aggregator can send review data to your marketplace.

To set up marketplace credentials in the Reviews Aggregator

📝 Note: If the AppDirect logo appears in the upper-left corner of the page, when Manage > Marketplace appears in this topic, click the grid icon > Switch to | Store, instead.

1. Go to Manage > Marketplace > MyApps, then click on the Reviews Aggregator tile. A warning advises you that you need to set up your marketplace credentials. Click Marketplace Credentials.

2. Copy the Consumer Key from the API client that you created previously into the Client ID field, and the Consumer Secret from the API client into the Client Secret field (see the prerequisites in this topic for more information).

3. Click Test Connection. A message confirms that the test was successful. If the connection fails, check the credentials that you entered, then try again.

4. Click Save. Your marketplace credentials are saved and you can set up credentials for review aggregator providers. For more information, see Set up G2 credentials and Set up Yotpo credentials .
