Configure marketplace information

The first section of the General Settings page contains fields you can use to set basic information about your marketplace. This includes the official marketplace name, your company name, an optional logo to include in emails sent by the marketplace, and an optional favicon—a mini-logo that appears in the browser address bar and in bookmarks.

To configure basic information about your marketplace

📝 Note: If the AppDirect logo appears in the upper-left corner of the page, when Manage > Marketplace appears in this topic, click the grid icon > Switch to | Store, instead.

  1. Go to Manage > Marketplace > Settings > SETTINGS| General Settings.
  2. In the ABOUT section on the right of the page:
    a. In the Marketplace Name field, enter the name of your company as you want it to appear in customer emails, support text and within marketplace page titles.
    b. In the next field, enter your Company Name. This name is used in page titles and appears in account areas, including the from field in a customer invoice.
    c. Under Marketplace Logo, click Choose File and upload a graphic for the marketplace logo. AppDirect supports JPG and PNG formats.
    This logo appears on emails that the marketplace sends. For example, it appears at the top of the email invitations that are sent to new users.
    d. Under Marketplace Favicon, click Choose File and upload a graphic. This graphic will appear in the browser's address, and next to the page's name in a list of bookmarks.
  3. Click Save Settings. Your marketplace information is saved.
