Configure sales agent roles
Marketplace Managers can configure the default permissions for their sales agents—that is, users defined as Sales Support Representatives (SSRs), Customer Support Representatives (CSRs), or Resellers. These three user roles have different sets of permissions and default settings.
To configure sales agent roles
📝 Note: This documentation page may refer to Manage > Marketplace in navigation steps. If the Manage option is not available in your navigation, click the grid icon on the top-left corner of your header and click Marketplace.

Go to Manage > Marketplace > Settings > SETTINGS| Roles. The Roles page opens and contains the following permissions tables:
- User
- Sales Support
- Customer Support
- Reseller

Scroll to the table that corresponds to the user role you want to configure.

Click the toggle to enable or disable one or more of the permissions. Each permission contains a description of the setting.

Click Save Settings.
