Customize typography and fonts
The documentation in this topic refers to a feature that is currently in Early Availability status. Features in Early Availability status are only available in production to a limited number of customers based on fit with specific use cases. For more information about Early Availability status, see Product lifecycle phases.
In the visual editor, you can select fonts and change the default font sizes for heading and body text used throughout the storefront. Depending on how the theme developer designed your pages, they might have set explicit font sizes for certain heading or body text on certain pages. In those cases, the changes you make in the editor do not affect the text size.
By default, all Google fonts are available. However, if you need to use your own fonts or other licensed fonts, you can upload font files and then select the fonts in the editor. You can upload .otf or .ttf font files individually, or you can upload a .zip file that contains multiple font files.
