Orders

Every purchase made on your marketplace is recorded as an order. Orders include new purchases and subscription upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations. Order records are stored in a table on the Orders page at Manage > Marketplace > Dashboard > Billing | Orders. You can view some order details in this table, or click any row in the table to view additional information for that order in the Order Details dialog.

To export order data from the list, click Download CSV on the Orders page. There is no PDF download for orders.

Order and subscription status glossary

The Status column on the Orders page can show either subscription status or order status, depending on whether Products or Editions is selected. For definitions of every status value (for example Active, Finished, Pending remote creation, Suspended), see Order and subscription statuses.
