View orders by edition

When Marketplace Managers and Network Managers open the Orders page, the Edition view only displays orders that were created in the previous six months. You can change the date filter criteria to display different results.

Searches are also limited to the filtered results. To find orders that are not included in the currently applied date filter criteria, change the criteria and search again.

Complete the following procedure to view all orders sorted by product edition.

1. Go to Manage > Marketplace > Dashboard > Billing | Orders. The Order page opens. Order records are displayed with the most recent order first.
2. Click Edition above the table. The Edition column appears in the Orders table.
3. Click the heading of the Edition column to display all orders for a specific product and edition of that product together. The list displays the oldest order for each edition first.
