Revoke a quote version

You can revoke a quote version on an opportunity that you have sent to a customer for approval as long as it is still in PENDING status and the opportunity is still open.
To revoke a quote you sent to a customer
📝 Note: If the AppDirect logo appears in the upper-left corner of the page, when Manage > Marketplace appears in this topic, click the grid icon > Switch to | Store, instead.
- Go to one of the following depending on your role:
- Marketplace Managers: Manage > Marketplace > HOME | Opportunities
- Reseller Managers: Manage > Reseller > HOME | Opportunities
- Resellers: Manage > Reseller > HOME | Orders
- Select an opportunity.
- From the list of quotes in the opportunity, click the gear icon in the row of the quote in PENDING status that you want to revoke, and then select Revoke.
The status of the quote changes from PENDING to REVOKED.
