Create quote versions from opportunities

Users can create quote versions, send them to customers for approval, and save them as PDFs.

Quote versions from opportunities can have any of the following statuses:

Status	Description
OPEN	A newly created quote
PENDING	A quote sent to the customer for approval
APPROVED	A quote approved by the customer
REJECT	A quote rejected by the customer
REVOKED	A quote canceled by the sales agent

To create a quote version from an opportunity

📝 Note: This documentation page may refer to Manage > Marketplace in navigation steps. If the Manage option is not available in your navigation, click the grid icon on the top-left corner of your header and click Marketplace.

1. Go to one of the following depending on your role:
   • Marketplace Managers: Manage > Marketplace > HOME | Opportunities
   • Reseller Managers: Manage > Reseller > HOME | Opportunities
   • Resellers: Manage > Reseller > HOME | Orders
2. Select an opportunity.
3. Click Create Quote.
4. (Optional) Click the quote name to type in a new name and then press Enter.
   The quote version is saved in the Quote drop-down list. You can rename the quote at any time by clicking on the name and entering the new name.

To download a PDF of the quote

• Click the download icon in the row that contains the quote.
