Add editions to Microsoft SKUs

πŸ“ Note: This procedure is only relevant to Marketplace Managers, or Developers, who create their own Microsoft product profiles as native apps.

Contact AppDirect support and request that they enable the setting for annual SKU support.

When the setting is enabled, and a customer purchases a Microsoft SKU, AppDirect sends the annual or monthly pricing plan to Microsoft.

Enabling annual SKU support does not affect existing Microsoft customers. Marketplace Managers and Developers can configure Microsoft SKUs.

To add editions to Microsoft SKUs

  1. Go to one of the following locations:
    • As a Developer, go to Manage > Billing and Distribution > Products > microsoftName | Edit > Editions and Pricing | Editions.
    • As a Marketplace Manager, go to Manage > Marketplace > Products > Catalog | Production Catalog > microsoftName | Edit Product > Editions and Pricing | Editions.
  2. (Optional) To add a tiered edition, see Add tiered editions.
    1. In Payment Plans, go to Revenue Model and select Tiered. The Tiered Price dialog opens.
    2. Define a flat or per-unit rate for the tiered revenue model.
    3. In Billing Frequency, select the frequency.
