Link pending companies

Company Sync was improved to allow Marketplace Managers to link an imported company to a company that already exists on the marketplace. The marketplace matches the pending companies to a marketplace company based on their name. This prevents Marketplace Managers from creating duplicate companies.

Pending companies have the following states:
