View user details

On the Manage User screen you can view a list of all users within your company. From there you can also view and manage the user's groups, applications and settings.

To view user details

  1. Go to Manage > Account > Users. The Manage Users page opens.
  2. If you have many users, you can use either the search box or filters to find the particular user or users that you are looking for.
  3. After you locate the user, click a row in the user list. The user details page opens, which includes their profile, groups, applications and settings.
