Reset passwords

Complete the following procedure to reset a user's password.

To reset passwords

  1. Go to Manage > Account > Users. The Manage Users page appears.
  2. Locate the user whose password you want to reset.
  3. Click the gear icon, then select Reset Password from the drop-down list. The Reset Password dialog opens.
  4. Enter and confirm the new password, then click Reset. The user's password is changed and they receive a notification email. However, the user can only view the email if they can access their email account without logging in. Also, the notification email does not contain the new password.
  5. Send the new password to the user.
