Reset passwords
Complete the following procedure to reset a user's password.
To reset passwords
- Go to Manage > Account > Users. The Manage Users page appears.
- Locate the user whose password you want to reset.
- Click the gear icon, then select Reset Password from the drop-down list. The Reset Password dialog opens.
- Enter and confirm the new password, then click Reset. The user's password is changed and they receive a notification email. However, the user can only view the email if they can access their email account without logging in. Also, the notification email does not contain the new password.
- Send the new password to the user.
