Sell Zoom products

On a marketplace, you can sell Zoom products as a direct Zoom reseller. To sell Zoom products as described in this section, you must be a platform owner with a marketplace.

Prerequisites

• Sign the partnership agreement with Zoom.
• Contact the Zoom onboarding team to -
  • Create the Distributor or Reseller Master account.
  • Obtain API credentials for the Master account.
• Contact your AppDirect technical representative to enable the feature on the platform.

Complete the following steps:

• Set up the 2-legged OAuth app.

• Contact your AppDirect technical representative to request the syndication of products.

• Connect add-ons to base editions. Refer to Edit connections to parent products for more details.

• Configure a connector for Zoom.

• Create product profiles. Contact your AppDirect technical representative for new product inclusion in your catalog.
