Migrate external company data

📝 Note: Before migrating datasets to your marketplace, contact your AppDirect technical representative.

📝 Note: This documentation page may refer to Manage > Marketplace in navigation steps. If the Manage option is not available in your navigation, click the grid icon on the top-left corner of your header and click Marketplace.

The Data Migration page lists the CSV-format batch files (also known as datasets) uploaded to populate your marketplace with the following externally created records:

• Users
• Companies
• Memberships
• Reseller Associations
• Discount Codes
• Developer Customer Accounts
• Company Entitlements
• User Entitlements
• Microsoft Customers
• Microsoft Subscriptions
• Microsoft Domains
• Google Accounts
• Price Definitions

Only Marketplace Managers and Sales Support Representatives (SSRs) can access this page and those linked from it.

The functionality on the Data Migration page is similar to that contained on the Bulk Creation page (at Manage > Marketplace > Dashboard > Home | Bulk Creation). The Bulk Creation page is only used to import orders and associated records. For information about using the Bulk Creation page, see Migrate data.
