Link leads to price quotes

Marketplace Managers, Reseller Managers, and Sales Support Representatives (SSRs) can create links between leads with the Converted status and a price quote for the purpose of tracking a sales lead through the price negotiation portion of the sales cycle.

To link leads and quotes

📝 Note: If the AppDirect logo appears in the upper-left corner of the page, when Manage > Marketplace appears in this topic, click the grid icon > Switch to | Store, instead.

1. Go to one of the following locations depending on your user role:
   • Marketplace Managers at Manage > Marketplace > Home | Leads
   • Reseller Managers at Manage > Reseller > Deal Management | Leads
   • SSRs at Manage > Marketplace > Customers | Leads
   • Resellers at Manage > Reseller > Deal Management | Leads
     The Leads page appears and displays all existing leads.
2. Click the row of a lead that you want to link to a quote. The selected lead’s details page appears.
3. Click Link Quote below the Quotes table. The Link Quote dialog appears.
4. Enter the quote number in the search field. The field automatically completes based on your partial entry. The quote’s details appear in the dialog.
5. Click Link to link the lead to the quote. The selected lead’s detail page appears and includes an Unlink Quote button in the row for the newly linked quote.
6. (Optional) Click Unlink Quote to delete the link between the lead and the quote.
