Disqualify leads as a Marketplace Manager

Marketplace Managers can disqualify any leads that have Submitted or Assigned status. Disqualified leads remain visible on the Leads page. You can therefore track leads that your organization received but that did not meet your requirements for approval.

To disqualify a lead

📝 Note: This documentation page may refer to Manage > Marketplace in navigation steps. If the Manage option is not available in your navigation, click the grid icon on the top-left corner of your header and click Marketplace.

  1. Go to Manage > Marketplace > Home | Leads. The Leads page opens.
  2. Click any lead with a Submitted or Assigned status. The selected lead’s details page appears.
  3. Click Manage, then Disqualify. The lead status changes to Disqualified, and you can no longer modify or manage the lead. It remains in the table on the Leads page at Manage > Marketplace > Home | Leads. If the disqualified lead was assigned to a reseller company, its status is updated on the Leads page at Manage > Resellers > Deal Management | Leads (visible to Reseller Managers and Resellers)
