Resend activation email
Reseller Managers and company administrators of the Reseller company can resend the activation email sent to any Reseller listed on the Reseller Users page. You can use this if you know or suspect that the original email message was not received.
To resend an activation email,
- Go to Manage > Reseller > Partners > PARTNERS**|** Reseller Users > userName. The selected user's details page opens.
- Click Manage User then select Resend Activation Email. A message confirms that the email was resent to the selected user's email account of record. If you need to send this email to a different account, complete the procedure described in Change account email.
