Disable and enable user accounts
Resellers can disable the enabled account, and enable the disabled account of any user that appears in the table on the Users page. Resellers cannot sell to or buy on behalf of users with a disabled status.
To disable or enable a user account,
- Go to Manage > Reseller > HOME | Users > userName. The selected user's details page opens.
- Do one of the following depending on the current status of the selected user:
- For accounts that are in the Enabled state, click Manage User, then select Disable account. A message confirms the account is disabled.
- For accounts that are in the Disabled state, click Manage User, then select Enable account. A message confirms the account is enabled.
