View orders

Every purchase made using AppReseller is recorded as an order. Orders include new purchases and subscription upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations. Order records are stored in a table on the Orders page at the following locations depending on your user role:

To view your orders

  1. Go to Manage > Reseller > Reseller | Orders. The Orders page displays a table that lists all orders you have placed on behalf of other users. The table, by default, shows the Products view of your orders, which includes the following columns:
    • ID
    • Created
    • Status
    • Product
    • Company
    • Frequency
    • Total Fee
  2. (Optional) Perform one or more of the following actions:
    • Click Show Filters to filter the table contents by Status or Cost, or to define a date range.
    • Select the Awaiting Developer Response checkbox to display only the orders that are pending a Developer action. These orders show the Status as Initialized and the colored status indicator as yellow. It is possible to have an order in the Initialized state that is not pending a Developer action. These orders display a light gray status indicator.
    • Click Download CSV to download a file of all orders in the table (before or after filtering).
    • Click any of the first five column headers (left to right) to change the sort order. The Created column by default shows the most recent orders first, and the oldest orders last. You can change the sort order of the other sortable columns from descending to ascending (either numerically or alphabetically depending on the column).
    • Click any row in the table to display that order's detail page where you can view additional information about the order.
    • Click Edition (above the table) to also include the Edition column in the table. This column displays the edition type for the order and can be sorted alphabetically from A to Z or Z to A.
