View Reseller logs

Resellers can view the Logs page, which lists all of their reseller-related activity. You can view and filter events including companies created, quotes created, subscriptions purchased for customers, and many other customer management activities.

The following table lists the events that are logged for each user role.

To view the Reseller log

  1. Go to Manage > Reseller > Reseller | Logs. The Logs page displays a table that includes the Date and Event columns with the most recent events listed first.
  2. (Optional) Perform one or more of the following actions in the Logs table:
    • Click Show Filters, select a filter type and a date range to filter the events.
    • Click the Date column header to change sort order of events from the default (most recent to oldest) to oldest to most recent.
    • Click a user name link to send an email to users who have joined or had their user role changed for a company to which you are linked.
    • Click any other user name link to view that user's details page.
    • Click any company name to view that company's details page.
