View transfer request details
From the Reseller Reconciliation link, you can view the transfer details for your company.
đź“ť Note: Fund transfers must be enabled for your marketplace and you must have the Company Administrator role to view the Transfers page. To enable fund transfers, contact your AppDirect technical representative.
To view transfer request details,
- Go to Reseller > Reconciliation. The Transfers page opens.
The Transfers table displays the fund transfer statuses. For each transfer, you can view the following:- Transfer ID—A unique identifier for the transfer, if the line has been reconciled. This is the payout to, or collection from, the reseller company.
- Status—The status of the transfer, including: Pending, Complete, Failed, Canceled.
- Date—The date the transfer was created.
- Net Receivable—Net amount the reseller company owes the marketplace (the difference between accounts receivable and payable).
- Net Payable—Net amount the marketplace owes and pays the reseller company (difference between accounts receivable and payable).
- Click the desired request row in the Transfers table. The transfer details summary and the reconciliation lines for that transfer appears. The included reconciliation lines table displays the following information:
- Product—The product name, edition, charge frequency, and billing period.
- Customer—The customer’s company name.
- Debit—The amount the reseller owes for that item in the transfer request.
- Credit—The amount being paid to the reseller for that item in the transfer request.
