Change account email

Resellers can update the email address associated with the account of any inactive user that appears in the table on the Users page.

To change an account email,

  1. Go to Manage > Reseller > Home | Users > (inactive) userName. The selected user's details page opens.
  2. Click Manage User, then click Change account email. The Change Account Email dialog appears.
  3. Edit the address in the User Email field, then click Save. A message confirms the email is updated and suggests resending the email as described in Resend activation email.
