| Action | Description | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Send a password reset email | Sends an email notification so the user can reset their password. | Before you click the link, ensure that you want to send a password reset email to the user. There is no confirmation dialog. |
| Reset the user’s password | Resets the user's password to a temporary password. The user must set a new password the next time they log in. | Useful when users cannot access their email to complete password reset. The Marketplace Manager can reset the password and provides the password to the user. |
| Disable the user's account | Disables the user's account. | When you click Disable account, the account is immediately disabled. There is no confirmation dialog. To re-enable the account, click Manage User > Enable account. |
| Request account access | Sends an email to a user requesting permission to impersonate the user's account. Users can accept or deny the request from their Settings page. This action might be necessary if your role does not include automatic permission to impersonate users. | If the user approves the request, you can impersonate the user for the number of days configured for your marketplace. |
| Manage custom fields | Opens a dialog containing custom fields associated with the user and company. Custom fields can include departmental budget code, employee ID, and other information. | Marketplace Managers can update custom field values. |
| Join company | Lets you join the user's company to perform company-level tasks such as, assign applications to company users, manage user roles or groups, and update billing information. | The Join company option appears only when you are not already a member of that company. |
