Manage user invitations
After you invite users to join your marketplace, you can manage those invitations. For example, you can view, revoke, and resend pending invitations.
To manage user invitations
📝 Note: If the AppDirect logo appears in the upper-left corner of the page, when Manage > Marketplace appears in this topic, click the grid icon > Switch to | Store, instead.

Go to Manage > Marketplace > Dashboard > Home | Users. A list of all existing users in the companies subscribed to your services appears.

Click Manage Invitations. The Manage Invitations page opens.
📝 Note The Manage Invitations button only appears when at least one user has not yet logged into their account for the first time.
By default, all pending invitations are listed based on the date they were created, starting with the latest date at the top.
You can change how pending invitations are displayed on the page by clicking different column headings. For example, click the Inviter heading to list pending invitations according to who sent them. You can also reverse how entries are sorted within each column by clicking the column heading. For example, if you are viewing invitations by the creation date with the most recent invitations at the top, you can switch the order to view the oldest ones first by clicking the Created on column heading.
If there are many users, you can use the Search field to find a specific user or Filters to narrow your search based on company name or the date invitations were created or last sent.

Revoke or resend invitations as required:
- To revoke an invitation, click Revoke.
- To resend an invitation to an individual that has not yet responded, click Resend.
