Download the user list as a CSV

After you create a list of users, you can download a CSV file with information about all of the users in the list.

CSV files are in table format and include information such as customer ID, status, customer name, date created, company, email address, phone number, channel roles, and last successful login, and the sales agent’s ID and email address.

To download the user list as a CSV

📝 Note: If the AppDirect logo appears in the upper-left corner of the page, when Manage > Marketplace appears in this topic, click the grid icon > Switch to | Store, instead.

1. Go to Manage > Marketplace > Dashboard > Home | Users. The Users page opens.
2. Above the list of users, click Download CSV.

   📝Note: You can create a CSV file for up to 10,000 user records. If your list exceeds that number, narrow the list using search criteria or filters.
