Manage custom fields

This section describes how Marketplace Managers view and manage custom attribute summaries associated with a company or user—that is, all custom fields and their entries. For information about creating and editing custom fields, see Create custom attributes.

To manage custom fields

📝 Note: If the AppDirect logo appears in the upper-left corner of the page, when Manage > Marketplace appears in this topic, click the grid icon > Switch to | Store, instead.

  1. Go to one of the following locations:
    • Manage > Marketplace > Dashboard > Home | Companies
    • Manage > Marketplace > Dashboard > Home | Users. The Companies or Users page opens.
  2. Click the company name or user name whose custom field summary you want to view and manage. The selected company's or user's details page opens.
  3. Click Manage Company next to the gear icon, then select Manage Custom Fields from the drop-down list. The Manage Custom Fields dialog opens, displaying all custom fields associated with the selected user or company.
    It is possible for a field to be blank if the custom field has been created, but no user has made and saved an entry in the field.
  4. (Optional) Make changes as appropriate, then click Save.
