Manage invoice lists
Marketplace Managers can search, sort, and filter the Invoices list.
The Invoices list displays the following information:
- ID—Unique system-assigned invoice identification number.
- (Enhanced view)Invoice number—A unique system-assigned invoice ID.
- (Enhanced view)Creation date—The date the invoice was created.
- (Enhanced view)Due date—The invoice due date, which is the invoice creation date plus the payment term duration. This is the date by which the invoice must be paid before it becomes overdue or enters a grace period before it becomes overdue.
- (Enhanced view)Payment date—The date the invoice was paid.
- Date—Date that the invoice was created.
- Customer—Name of the customer company (also the payee).
- Total—Invoice total: sum of all invoice charges less discounts, credits, and negative carried balances.
- Status—Invoice status, which can be any of the following:
- Paid—Amount owing is equal to or less than zero.
- Unpaid—Amount owing is greater than zero.
- Carried—Credit balance is carried to the next invoice.
- Void—No payments will be processed. For Marketplace Managers to void invoices, they must be unpaid and not carried. See Void invoices.
- Pending—Payment processing is in progress.
To search, filter, sort, and download invoice lists
📝 Note: If the AppDirect logo appears in the upper-left corner of the page, when Manage > Marketplace appears in this topic, click the grid icon > Switch to | Store, instead.
- Go to Manage > Marketplace > Invoices. The Invoices page opens.
- To search for an invoice, do the following:
- Enter the text you want to search for in the Search field. You can search for invoice ID, customer names, and invoice totals.
- Click the magnifying glass (search) icon or press Enter. The table displays the search results.
- To filter the invoice list, do the following:
- Click Show Filters. The filter fields appear.
- Do one or both of the following:
- Select the invoice status by which you want to filter from the Status drop down list. The list updates and only invoices with the status you selected appear.
- To view invoices with invoice dates within a date range, enter the from and to dates into the Created between fields. The list updates and only invoices with invoice dates between the dates you entered appear.
- To sort the invoice list, click one of the following table headers: Invoice Number, Date, Customer, Total, or Status.
- (Only available when the enhanced invoice view is disabled) To download the invoice list in CSV format, do the following:
- (Optional) Complete a search of or filter the invoice list to display only the invoices that you want to download.
- Click Download CSV. The CSV file downloads to your local default folder for downloads.
