Edit support information
Your customers need to know how to contact your technical support for your product. The information entered here appears on the Policies & Support tab of the product's profile page.
To edit support information,
- Go to Manage > Billing and Distribution > Products > Productname | Edit >, Profile & Branding | Support. The Manage Support Information page opens.
- Enter your support organization's telephone number (including international calling code and in-country area code, as appropriate) in the Support Phone Number field.
- Enter your support organization's email address in the Support Email Address field.
- Enter a URL in the Knowledge Base/Help Center URL field. This is typically a support web page that allows customers to search content that addresses their issues, but can be any support resource that you think is useful for your customers.
- (Optional) Enter additional details in the Support Details field. For example, you could enter your support center hours, or additional phone numbers in different geographic regions.
- Do one of the following:
- Click Save.
- Click Save and Preview. A preview of your marketplace product profile appears. To edit a profile element, you can link directly from the preview to the configuration page for the element.
