Edit support information

Your customers need to know how to contact your technical support for your product. The information entered here appears on the Policies & Support tab of the product's profile page.

To edit support information,

  1. Go to Manage > Billing and Distribution > Products > Productname | Edit >, Profile & Branding | Support. The Manage Support Information page opens.
  2. Enter your support organization's telephone number (including international calling code and in-country area code, as appropriate) in the Support Phone Number field.
  3. Enter your support organization's email address in the Support Email Address field.
  4. Enter a URL in the Knowledge Base/Help Center URL field. This is typically a support web page that allows customers to search content that addresses their issues, but can be any support resource that you think is useful for your customers.
  5. (Optional) Enter additional details in the Support Details field. For example, you could enter your support center hours, or additional phone numbers in different geographic regions.
  6. Do one of the following:
    • Click Save.
    • Click Save and Preview. A preview of your marketplace product profile appears. To edit a profile element, you can link directly from the preview to the configuration page for the element.
