Error codes associated with Docusign

Occasionally, you might receive an error. The following table contains information about possible error codes associated with Docusign.

Note: If you update the email for the current user, it might cause errors on the products that were already purchased. Repurchase Docusign using the newly provided email.
Marketplace credentials not configuredThere are no marketplace credentials defined for the marketplace.CONFIGURATION\_ERRORerrorMessage=Failed to find partner=APPDIRECT and Default partner=APPDIRECT is not defined.Contact AppDirect support and request that they add valid marketplace credentials to the Docusign connector.
