Sell Docusign

Docusign is an electronic signature solution. For more information, see the Docusign website.

If you have a direct agreement with Docusign, contact your AppDirect technical representative. You do not need to add the Docusign product to the staging catalog, but you need to follow the other steps to add the product to the marketplace.

Prerequisites

• You must be a platform owner with the Developer role to sell Docusign as described in this section. The information in this section is not relevant to external AppDistribution customers who do not have their own marketplaces.
• Contact your AppDirect technical representative and request that they enable User Sync on your marketplace.

Before end users can purchase Docusign in the marketplace, Marketplace Managers must complete the following steps, which are described in detail in the linked topics:

• Add Docusign to the staging catalog
• Edit product settings
• Edit marketplace settings

When the Docusign product is published in the production catalog, an end user can purchase it on the marketplace. The Company Administrator manages the product.
