View theme history

📝 Note: If the AppDirect logo appears in the upper-left corner of the page, when Manage > Marketplace appears in this topic, click the grid icon > Switch to | Store, instead.

You can view the history of different versions of themes and previously published themes on the Theme Manager page at Manage > Marketplace > Theme Manager. You can see when a theme was uploaded, restored, edited, published, or see who managed each theme and theme version.

The following procedures describe how to view the history of themes and theme versions.

Note: You must publish a theme or upload a version of a theme in order to view the history. See Publish themes and Manage theme versions.

To view the theme history for published themes

1. Go to Manage > Marketplace > Theme Manager. The Theme Manager page opens. The following information appears in the Live Theme section:
   • Name of the current storefront theme.
   • Date, time, and name of the publisher who most recently published the theme.
   • Published History link to view the publish history of the store, which might include multiple themes.
   • Preview images of your storefront theme in desktop and mobile resolutions.
2. Expand the Published History link. A list of themes that were previously published appears with the theme names, dates, and publisher names. The most recently published theme appears at the top of the list.

To view theme version history

1. Go to Manage > Marketplace > Theme Manager. The Theme Manager page opens. The following information appears in the My Themes section:
   • Name of each uploaded theme.
   • Live status in the row of the theme that is currently published to the storefront. The Unpublished Changes status appears if the theme is published but it has a new version.
   • Date, time, and name of the Marketplace Manager that uploaded, restored, edited, or published the theme.
   • History link to view the version history.
   • Available actions that the Marketplace Manager can perform, such as Restore. See Manage theme versions to learn more about these links.
2. Expand the History link in one of the rows of a theme. The version history of that theme appears, which includes the version name, date, time, and publisher name that uploaded, restored, or edited the theme.
   If there is no list after you expand the History link, there were no previously uploaded versions of that theme.
