Add Reseller terms and policies to purchases
As a Reseller who is also a Company Administrator, you can add your own terms and conditions or privacy policy to assisted sale purchases that you make off-platform.
The terms and conditions or privacy policy that you add to your legal settings become the default conditions and policy for all assisted sales made off-platform.
If you do not add your own terms and conditions or privacy policy, only the product terms and conditions are displayed.
Prerequisites
You must have a URL that links to your terms and conditions or privacy policy.
To add your terms and conditions,
- Go to Reseller > Settings > General > Legal Settings.
- To add your terms and conditions, enter the URL in the Terms and conditions field.
- To add your privacy policy, enter the URL in the Privacy policy field.
When a Reseller makes an assisted sale, links to your terms and conditions and privacy policy are displayed before the end-user can complete the purchase.
