Add Reseller terms and policies to purchases

As a Reseller who is also a Company Administrator, you can add your own terms and conditions or privacy policy to assisted sale purchases that you make off-platform.

The terms and conditions or privacy policy that you add to your legal settings become the default conditions and policy for all assisted sales made off-platform.

If you do not add your own terms and conditions or privacy policy, only the product terms and conditions are displayed.

Prerequisites

You must have a URL that links to your terms and conditions or privacy policy.

To add your terms and conditions,

  1. Go to Reseller > Settings > General > Legal Settings.
  2. To add your terms and conditions, enter the URL in the Terms and conditions field.
  3. To add your privacy policy, enter the URL in the Privacy policy field.

When a Reseller makes an assisted sale, links to your terms and conditions and privacy policy are displayed before the end-user can complete the purchase.
