AppWise provides a single place from which you can search for, and view, content across many of the services and applications you use.

AppWise is pre-integrated with many applications, including Gmail, Google Drive, Salesforce, Dropbox, Evernote, Office 365, GitHub, Jira, Confluence, Twitter, Asana, and so on. You can connect your AppWise account with on-premises content repositories and proprietary systems using the AppWise Integration SDK.

After you connect AppWise to applications, AppWise creates an index of the content to which you have access in those applications, including documents, emails and other types of content. After your content is indexed, you can search for content in any of the apps that you connected, including MyApps, your AppWise Feed, AppWise Messenger, your organizational document repository or any other browser window, including search engines. You can search using keywords, intuitive language and many other advanced search options. See Search application content using AppWise to learn more.

AppWise includes the following capabilities:

  • Feeds—After you sign up for AppWise and connect applications to it, your AppWise feeds page is continually updated with a current view of activity in each of those applications. See AppWise feeds to learn more.
  • Unified search—From a single page, you can search for content in every application that you connect to AppWise, including documents, emails, templates, presentations, applications, and websites.
  • Teams—An integrated peer-to-peer messaging services gives you the ability to share files with team members directly from your MyApps page. See Connect and share with teams to learn more.
