Disable or enable companies

Resellers can deactivate any active company that appears in the Companies table on the Companies page. Members of disabled companies—that are not members of other companies—cannot log in to their accounts or access AppReseller.

To disable an active company,

1. Go to Manage > Reseller > Home | Companies > activeCompanyName > Manage Company > Disable Company. A message warns you that members of the disabled company cannot access their accounts or products, and prompts you to confirm you want to disable the company.
2. Click Disable Company. A message confirms the company was disabled, and the option on the Manage Companies list is now Enable Company.
3. (Optional) Click Manage Company > Enable Company to enable this company and its members.
