Delete and disqualify leads

AppReseller users can delete and disqualify leads depending on their user role and the status of the lead.

Reseller Managers and Resellers can disqualify any submitted lead. Sales Support Representatives (SSR) can disqualify leads that are assigned to them. Disqualify leads if you do not plan to convert them to customers. This could be for business reasons, for example a lead is no longer a viable business opportunity.

Resellers and Referral Users can delete leads that have not been submitted. The lead must be in Pending Submission state. Delete leads if they were created in error or if the information is not correct.

Leads can be disqualified when:

  • A Reseller Manager views a lead in the Submitted, Assigned, Pending Approval, or Approved state.
  • A Reseller views a lead in the Assigned or Approved state.
  • An SSR views a lead in the Assigned state.

The Delete and Disqualify options are available to:

  • Referral users at Manage > Reseller > Home > Referral Leads.
  • Resellers at Manage > Reseller > Home > Referral Leads.
  • Reseller Managers at Manage > Reseller > Referral Leads.
