Prerequisites

The Add-on for Product service type must be enabled to be able to create an add-on. To create stackable add-ons, the Stacked Editions Web App add-on product type must be enabled. If they are not enabled, contact your AppDirect technical representative.

To confirm that add-ons and stackable add-ons are enabled

1. Go to Manage > Billing and Distribution > Products > Add Products. The Create New Product page opens.
2. Confirm that under Service Type, the Add-on for Product option appears. When it does, add-ons are enabled.
3. Confirm that under Product Type, the Stackable Editions Web App option appears. When it does, stackable add-ons are enabled.
