The Accounts page displays details of your AppDirect account and the subscription that you use for integration testing.

When you perform an integration test on a standalone product that is connected to an add-on product, you can include the add-on product in the order. When you do, it creates an add-on product subscription that appears in the add-on product's Accounts table (not the standalone product's Accounts table). From there you can perform further testing on the add-on subscription.

đź“ť Note When no accounts appear in the Accounts table, it displays the following message: You have no account. Test purchasing your product from the profile page. Instead, test your product from the Integration Report page. See Integration report.

To view a subscription

  1. Go to Manage > Billing and Distribution > Products > productName | Edit > Integration | Accounts. The Accounts page opens.
Only one subscription exists at a time. If one does not appear in the table, go to the Integration Report page and run the Subscribe to Your Product test. The subscription that you generate will appear in the Accounts page table.
  2. Click the row to view subscription details. The Account Details page opens.
You can perform tests on the subscription from this page and the Integration Report page.
The following subscription details appear in the upper portion of the page:
    • ID—Unique identifier for the subscription.
    • Customer column:
      • Owner—Name of the Developer owner of the product.
      • Company Name—Name of the Developer's company.
      • Company UUID—Unique identifier for the Developer's company.
      • Partner—Link to the Developer company's Sales dashboard.

      • Edition—Name of the edition to which the test account subscribed.
      • Status—Status of the subscription, active or suspended.
      • Created On—Date and time that the subscription was created.
When you test user assignment, the names of assigned users appear in the lower portion of the page under Users. After you test user unassignment, the previously-assigned users disappear from the list. You can execute both of these tests from the Integration Report page. The following user details appear in the lower portion of the page:
    • UUID—Unique identifier for the user.
    • Name—User's name.
    • Email—User's email address.
    • Status—User's status.
