New subscription management experience for Company Administrators and users

Company Administrators and authorized customer users can view and manage company subscriptions in a full-page Subscription Management experience. This experience replaces the previous orders UI for those roles.

The listing page shows active and inactive subscriptions. Opening a subscription displays a full-page detail view instead of the previous modal.

The detail page can include the subscription identifier, product or edition summary, billing frequency, order history, invoices and payments, assigned users, and transfer ownership, depending on role and marketplace configuration.

📝 Note: Some flows still open the previous experience.

Feature enablement

This feature is enabled by default for new self-serve marketplaces. For existing marketplaces, contact your AppDirect technical representative to request it.

Setting enablement

No setting enablement is required.
