Adobe Flexible Discount support for schedule and renewal use cases

Marketplace now supports Adobe's Flexible Discount capabilities for renewal and scheduled subscription use cases. This enhancement updates the existing Adobe VIP Marketplace integration to align with Adobe's January 2026 release, enabling partners to apply, manage, and remove flexible discounts across renewal previews and scheduled subscriptions.

Prerequisites

• Adobe Flexible Discount support must be active on the Adobe VIP Marketplace
• The Adobe VIP Marketplace integration must be configured for the marketplace

What's changed?

Supported Flexible Discount operations

The following Flexible Discount operations are now supported across the renewal and scheduling lifecycle:

Operation	Description
Create scheduled subscription with Flexible Discount	Create a new scheduled subscription with a flexible discount applied at the time of scheduling.
Update subscription with Flexible Discount code	Apply or update a flexible discount code on an existing subscription.
Remove Flexible Discount from a subscription	Remove a flexible discount from an existing subscription to end the benefits.
Remove Flexible Discount from a scheduled subscription	Remove the Flexible Discount from a scheduled subscription. This is achieved by updating the active subscription without a discount and creating a new schedule to replace the existing scheduled order.

New filters on the Import External Discounts page

The Import Discounts from External Integrations (Products > Price Management > Discounts > Import External Discounts) page has been enhanced with additional filter fields, allowing users to search and narrow down discount codes more effectively.

The following new filters are now available alongside the existing search bar:

Filter field	Description
Source	Filter discount codes by the external provider source (for example, Adobe).
Category	Filter by discount category (for example, Intro, Standard).
Type	Filter by the type of discount (for example, Percentage, Fixed Price, Fixed Discount).
Segment	Filter discount codes by customer segment (Commercial, Government, Education).
Applicable at Renewal	Filter to show discount codes that are applicable at renewal.

Customer impact

Partners managing Adobe VIP Marketplace subscriptions can now leverage Flexible Discount codes across the full renewal and scheduling lifecycle. This provides:

• Greater pricing flexibility during renewals.
• The ability to apply discount codes at the time of scheduling, without waiting until the renewal date.
• Faster discount discovery through new filters on the Import External Discounts page.
