Google subscription renewal settings are now managed through the Update V2 flow in the marketplace, delivering a consistent and standardized renewal management experience across the AppDirect platform.

What’s new?

• Google subscription renewals are fully supported through the Update V2 flow.
• Scheduled updates for renewals are now supported.
• Renewal management is consolidated into a single, scalable flow.
• Sales agents can manage Google subscription changes directly using Update V2.

Supported renewal updates

Sales agents can schedule and apply the following updates to existing Google subscriptions:

• Auto-renew commitment contract monthly with fewer licenses
• Auto-renew commitment contract annually with fewer licenses
• Auto-renew commitment contract monthly with the same number of licenses
• Auto-renew commitment contract annually with the same number of licenses
• Switch to the flexible plan

Customer impact

• Provides a unified and predictable renewal experience.
• Enables sales agents to manage and schedule renewal changes efficiently.
• Reduces operational complexity and improves renewal accuracy.

UI changes

Allows customers to manage the subscriptions using the enhanced Update V2 feature for Google subscriptions.

This feature is not enabled by default. Contact your AppDirect technical representative to request it.
