Auto-renew toggle for assisted sales marketplace roles

❗ Important: This feature is currently in Early Availability (EA) status.

Authorized roles can now turn auto-renewal on or off for subscriptions directly from the assisted sales subscription management view (order modal). Previously, re-enabling auto-renewal required impersonating an end user and opening the subscription list.

This capability supports late renewal and other assisted sales workflows for auto-renewable subscriptions without user impersonation.

UI updates

When auto-renewal is off, Marketplace Managers, Sales Support Representatives, Reseller Managers, and Resellers see a control to turn it back on in the assisted sales order modal.

📝 Note: This control is available in the assisted sales order modal only. It is not available in the self-serve view.

The auto-renew toggle:

• Works for subscriptions that are scheduled to end at the end of the contract.
• Does not work when the product edition is configured with auto-renewable set to false.

Feature enablement

This feature is not enabled by default. Contact your AppDirect technical representative to request it.

Setting enablement

No setting enablement is required.
