New Microsoft Customer Accounts (MCA) status report

Minor Upgrade

We are adding a new MCA (Microsoft Customer Accounts) status report to the Report Center. Marketplace managers can use the report to see all companies that have a linked Microsoft tenant and their current Microsoft Customer Agreement (MCA) state. Previously, users had to check companies one by one to find missing or expired agreements.

The report is designed for portfolio-level monitoring and operational follow-up. It helps teams proactively identify companies that could face self-serve ordering issues or delayed provisioning because their MCA is missing or expired.

The report includes:

  • Company details and Microsoft tenant identifiers
  • MCA status values (for example, valid, expired, or missing)
  • MCA agreement date, when available

This release also includes backend synchronization and reporting improvements that keep MCA status and agreement date data available for reporting, plus a correction for stale expired statuses in direct-signed attestation scenarios.

📝 Note: The report reflects the latest completed sync cycle (point-in-time data). In-app notifications for missing MCA are not included in this release.
