View administrator logs
The admin logs display all administrative actions taken on your marketplace. You can use them to track changes and see who made each change.
To view administrator logs
📝 Note: This documentation page may refer to Manage > Marketplace in navigation steps. If the Manage option is not available in your navigation, click the grid icon on the top-left corner of your header and click Marketplace.
- Go to Manage > Marketplace > Dashboard > Events | Admin Logs. The Admin Log page opens, with the most recent events listed first.
- Click any of following links in the Event column to display additional details:
- A user name followed by on behalf of to address an email to the corresponding user.
- Any other user name to view details about the corresponding user account.
- A company name to view details about the corresponding organization.
You can also use logs to view company association activity. When a parent-child relationship between companies is created or removed, the log records a detailed audit entry. Each entry shows:
- The date and time of the change
- Which user performed the action
- Which parent and child companies were involved
