View Purchases

On the Purchases listing page, Resellers can search for and view all assisted sales that Resellers in their company complete. When you click on a purchase, the Purchase details page opens and displays additional information.

Purchase information

The Purchases listing page displays the following information for all assisted sales that you and Resellers in your company completed:

  • Order placed—Order completion date and system-assigned purchase identification number
  • Purchased by—Name of the reseller sales agent who completed the purchase
  • Customer—Customer's company name and the customer's name
  • Total—Amount invoiced at the time of purchase including shipping (if applicable) and tax
  • Status—Purchase status
    • In progress—Some or all of the items in the purchase are still being provisioned or fulfilled
    • Completed—All items in the purchase are provisioned or fulfilled, or canceled

Item-specific details

The Purchase details page displays two types of information:

  • Purchase information panes—Information about the purchase
  • Item detail panes—Information about each item in the purchase

Purchase information panes

Purchase information panes contain information that relates to the entire purchase:

View Opportunity buttonAppears when the purchase was generated from an opportunity that was created on or after May 3, 2021. Click it to view the opportunity that generated the purchase.

CustomerCustomer's company name
Purchase totalsPurchase amount—Total invoiced at the time of purchase including shipping, when applicable, and tax. Subtotal—Excludes tax. Includes shipping, when applicable. Tax
CustomerCustomer's company name Customer's name
Transaction typeAssisted sale—A sales agent completed the purchase on behalf of the customer
Billing detailsPayment method and billing address used for the purchase
ShippingShipping address Price—Excluding tax Shipping method type

Item detail panes

The information that appears in item detail panes depends on whether the item is a digital product or a physical good. It can include any of the following details:

StatusItem status: Open—Provisioning or fulfillment is in progress Closed—Item was provisioned or fulfilled Canceled—Item was removed from the purchase. The reason for cancellation is displayed.
Activation dateSubscription start date
Billing dateFirst day for which the customer is charged
ContractContract duration. If customized contract terms appear with a multiple, the total duration represents the contract term. For example: 3 x 6 months—an 18-month contract 2 x 2 years—a 4-year contract

To view and locate purchases,

Go to the Purchases listing page at Manage > Reseller > Home > HOME | Purchases.

To view purchase details and the related opportunity,

  1. Go to the Purchases listing page at Manage > Reseller > Home > HOME | Purchases.
  2. Click a purchase in the Purchases table. The Purchase details page opens.
  3. (Optional) If the opportunity was created on or after May 3, 2021, click View Opportunity. The opportunity that generated the purchase appears.
