Rename templates
📝 Note: Even if Document Builder is enabled and accessible through the user interface, additional one-time configuration might be required.
Go to Manage > Reseller > Settings.
- If DOCUMENT BUILDER appears in the left menu, contact your Marketplace Manager to confirm whether it is fully enabled (meets all configuration prerequisites).
- If DOCUMENT BUILDER does not appear in the left menu, contact your Marketplace Manager to request it.
Resellers can rename user-defined invoice templates. They cannot rename default templates.
To rename user-defined templates,
- Go to Manage > Reseller > Settings > DOCUMENT BUILDER | Manage Templates. The Manage Templates page opens.
- Click the template row. The template details page opens.
- Click gear icon > Rename. The Rename template dialog appears.
- Enter a new name for the template. It must be unique among the templates for the same language.
- Click Save.
