Account Identifier now required to resolve pending events

Marketplace managers must now provide an Account Identifier when manually resolving a pending integration event as Success. The Account Identifier can be a value already present on the event or one entered in the resolution form.
Previously, users could resolve a pending event as Success without supplying an Account Identifier, which resulted in subscriptions being created without a vendor-side account reference. With this change, the platform blocks the resolution and displays an inline error message until a valid Account Identifier is provided. This validation is now enforced globally across all marketplaces.
❗ Important:
- No change is required for events that have already been resolved or for existing subscriptions.
- No additional action is required from administrators — the validation activates automatically.
- This validation applies only when manually resolving a pending event as Success. Resolving an event as Failure is unaffected.
