Enhanced subscription search by UUID

With this release, the existing subscription search functionality, when creating a Credit memo, has been enhanced to include support for Universally Unique Identifiers (UUIDs), allowing administrators to search for subscriptions by UUID in the subscription selection text field during credit memo creation.

This improves the efficiency and accuracy of locating specific subscriptions, particularly when multiple subscriptions share the same name, reducing confusion and streamlining the workflow. The UUID for a subscription can be found on its respective subscription page.

Pre-requisite

• Credit Memo must be enabled. If you do not have Credit Memo enabled, contact your AppDirect technical representative to request it.

• Search by UUID: Subscriptions can now be searched using their UUID during credit memo creation.
• Resolve ambiguity: Accurately identify and select the correct subscription when multiple subscriptions share the same or similar names.
