Product recommendations in Checkout V2

In Checkout V2, buyers now see a Recommended for your order section in the cart when they add supported SaaS products. This adds product discovery directly in the purchase flow so buyers can evaluate and add complementary products without leaving checkout.

Recommendations are generated from marketplace purchase patterns. The recommendation logic focuses on products that are frequently purchased together, and it updates as purchase history evolves. This helps improve relevance while keeping the recommendation experience aligned to each marketplace's own catalog and buyer behavior.

This experience appears in the cart during checkout and is designed to show complementary products at the point where buyers are finalizing their order.

Where Adobe recommendations are also applicable, both recommendation experiences can coexist in cart with separate recommendation sources.

Feature enablement

This feature is not enabled by default. Contact your AppDirect technical representative to request it.
